Welcome to Trails Unblazed!
This website started off as a travel blog back in 2015, back in the day when just about every millennial had their own travel blog. It was a fun side project and mostly served as a way to share photos and experiences with family and friends. Since then, it has morphed into more of an evergreen resource for travel, hiking, and wildlife. We hope you’ll find this website useful on your travels!

Alas, my husband and I both have full-time jobs and 3 kids so our trips are short and mostly state-side also. Thanks for the inspiration!
