Tallest Mountains in Japan
The tallest peaks in Japan are almost entirely located on the main island of Honshu. Most of these belong to the Japanese Alps (divided into the Northern, Central, and Southern ranges), with the iconic Mount Fuji standing solo as the highest point in the country.
